New Article: The Biggest Threats to the International Human Rights System.

Who am I?

My name is Alyssa Hockett, I am a lifelong writer and poet, author of the book “Where the Spirit Meets the Bone.” I studied international politics at Aberystwyth University, Wales, where I focused primarily on refugee studies and far-right politics. Coming from suburban Indiana, moving abroad changed my life. Now passionate for human rights everywhere in the world, I made this website to blog my thoughts and ideas on current crises, to raise awareness and give a voice to the most vulnerable and deserving people.
